EM Scoring Transparency.

This page shows exactly which factors influence the EM score and how EM maps to revenue share tiers. The goal is to make the system understandable, auditable, and fair.

How the Unified EM Score works

  • Formula: Unified EM = (Performance × 70%) + (Enhancement × 30%) + Mission Bonus (up to +5 points)
  • Performance Score combines Quality, Timeliness, Communication, and Satisfaction (each 25%). All factors are calculated from live project and communication data.
  • Enhancement Score uses IQ/EQ/PQ assessments with EQ weighted highest (40%). PQ is always private — only visible to the contractor.
  • Mission Journey Bonus rewards consistent engagement (streak bonus) and articulating mission clarity, capped at 5 total points.
  • Revenue tier thresholds and fee percentages are P0 locked in configuration and cannot be changed.
